Capabilities
Manufacturing from tooling to packing
A 5,000+ m² site with presses from 25T to 500T, supported by tooling, wire cutting, welding, inspection, assembly and packing.
What we run
Seven capabilities, one site
- 01
Tooling
Tooling work sits at the same site as production, so adjustments stay close to the presses.
- 02
Stamping and deep drawing
Presses from 25T to 500T for conventional stamping and deep-drawn forming.
- 03
Wire cutting
Wire cutting supports precise profiles and tooling components.
- 04
Welding
Welding for sheet-metal parts and sub-assemblies where the design calls for it.
- 05
Inspection
Coordinate measuring and inspection work to check parts against the drawing.
- 06
Assembly
Stamped and drawn components assembled into related sub-assemblies.
- 07
Packing
Packing arranged around the part, the handling method and the shipment.

Planning references
Capacity and delivery, in context
Monthly capacity and delivery time are planning references. Actual figures depend on the part, tooling status, material, finish and order quantity.
- Monthly capacity
- 300,000 pieces
- Typical delivery
- About 15 days
Planning reference across the site.
For typical orders. Confirmed per project.
Production path
How a part moves through the site
Step 01
Tooling
Drawing and sample review lead into tooling work, supported by wire cutting.
Step 02
Stamping and deep drawing
Parts are formed on presses from 25T to 500T.
Step 03
Secondary operations
Welding and further operations are added where the drawing requires them.
Step 04
Inspection
Parts are checked against the drawing, including coordinate measuring.
Step 05
Assembly and packing
Parts are assembled where required, then packed for shipment.
