Manufacturing
Parts are tooled, formed, welded, inspected, assembled and packed at our Changshu site.
Monthly capacity and delivery time are planning references. Actual figures depend on the part, tooling status, material, finish and order quantity.

Quality
Inspection is part of the process, not a final step. Parts are checked on a coordinate measuring machine, and you can ask for progress updates or third-party inspection.
Certificate scope, issuing body and validity are confirmed from the certificate documents during supplier review.
How a project moves
Five stages, handled at one site.
Step 01
Drawing and sample review lead into tooling work, supported by wire cutting.
Step 02
Parts are formed on presses from 25T to 500T.
Step 03
Welding and further operations are added where the drawing requires them.
Step 04
Parts are checked against the drawing, including coordinate measuring.
Step 05
Parts are assembled where required, then packed for shipment.
